Playtime

 

Ok so we probably could play without having to pull out almost every toy in your toy box but what can I say I would take out every toy every day to see that adorable little smile.  You are becoming so much fun to play with.  When you are awake and happy you will make squeaks and coos while we play and you have begun to bat at objects when I hod them near you, you smile at the toys that you like and you are even beginning to mimic my facial expressions.  (We had a lot of fun yesterday making smiley faces and frowny faces.)  It seems like you are learning so many new things everyday it is hard to believe that you are only 7 weeks old.  It makes me wonder what you will be doing in 7 more weeks.  Time with you flys by so fast, it makes me almost afraid to blink, who knows how much I will miss and how much you will grow.

You cashed out on the floor when I put away your toys.  So you might be learning more all the time and playing more but you still love to sleep.  Too bad we still don't have the sleep at night thing still completely figured out.  You did good all weekend but then last night were up several times, no wonder you are sleepy during play time today.
