Snow Castle

 Jackie wanted to build a snow fort today.  A really big one that she could fit inside with Grace.  So we got out the sand pails and got to work.  At some points the walls were as tall as Grace.  And we working so had the girls wanted to take off their coats because they were too hot.  In the end though I think we accomplished a pretty good snow fort.

Building our way through a snow day

There is something about being trapped inside that brings out the inner architect in us all isn't there.  Who dosn't love to take out the legos, magformers, fort sets, and building blocks and create something all new.   For the past week I thought we had been doing a lot of builing these first two pictures are from last week with the legos.

 Then today we had a snow day and so all the blocks horses and princesses came out so that we could build a whole castle city.  It streches across most of the living room complete with 2 sildes many towers sables, pastures, docks sailboats and more.    Oh and did I mention that you can not build unless you are in an Elsa dress.
