Happy Birthday Aunt Kate

 

Your birthday present to Aunt Kate included this picture of you.  Kate gave you your first ball and glove, and I am sure someday when you can put the glove on your hand instead of sit in it she will teach you to play.  Kate's a great ball player and an awesome Coach, (in fact this year she has taken a team of kids who had no idea how to play and they are off to a great season winning most their games in-spite of their inexperience.)  Kate learned to love Baseball because the whole family loved baseball.  Grandpa Ed used to take us to the batting cages when we were kids, there was hardly a holiday were Grandma Jackie didn't start up a game of catch, and she was always there to cheer us on at our games.  Baseball is in your blood.  When you grow up you can play any sport you want, Aunt Kelly is a volleyball player, I loved tennis, and your dad played soccer and water polo of all games, but no matter what games you play with friends and at school I guarantee that you will play at least some baseball with Aunt Kate.
